- Commercial Site Leader Hartland WI CNC Machining
Description
The Opportunity
Fathom Manufacturing is hiring a Commercial Site Leader to own growth, utilization, and commercial performance for our CNC machining operation in Hartland, Wisconsin—a cornerstone facility with deep regional roots and a critical role in Fathom's national manufacturing network.
This role exists for one reason: keep the Hartland CNC shop filled, profitable, and growing.
You will operate as the commercial owner of the site, accountable for driving demand, shaping the customer mix, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring the facility consistently runs at or above target utilization. You are the connective tissue between customers, operations, and Fathom's broader commercial engine.
This is not a passive account management role. It is a hands-on, field-driven commercial leadership position for someone who knows how to hunt locally, expand intelligently, and translate manufacturing capability into booked revenue.
What You'll Own
Regional revenue growth within a ~100-mile radius of Hartland
Customer acquisition and expansion across industrial, medical, and high-spec manufacturing segments
Capacity utilization, with a clear mandate to keep the CNC shop at or above 80% utilization
Commercial execution at the site level, including pipeline health, pricing discipline, mix, and margin contribution
Cross-site opportunity identification, ensuring Hartland customers are connected to broader Fathom capabilities when appropriate
You are the commercial quarterback for the site.

Identify when customer needs exceed Hartland's scope and introduce complementary capabilities from across the Fathom network
Position Fathom as a multi-capability manufacturing partner, not a single-site vendor
Leadership & Visibility
Serve as the commercial voice of the Hartland site to the Executive Leadership Team
Own regular reporting on pipeline, quoting activity, revenue performance, utilization outlook, and commercial risks/opportunities
Represent the site with confidence, clarity, and accountability
