What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you'll be paired with an experienced mentor and immersed in both office and lab environments. Your mission? Drive process improvements that enhance our manufacturing capabilities. You'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Project Management: Plan, document, and execute a real process improvement initiative.
• Problem Solving: Analyze product lines, identify inefficiencies, and propose smart solutions.
• Engineering Design: Create and maintain technical documentation and design fixtures using 3D modeling tools.
• Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with professional engineers and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Interest or experience in 3D modeling/printing (SolidWorks is a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things work.
• Comfortable using basic tools (bonus if you've used mills or lathes).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
