Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
• Maintain proper documentation of production and quality checks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (setup and operation preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-axis machining
• Knowledge of G-code editing and basic programming
• Experience working with aluminum, steel, or other metals
• Background in a manufacturing or production environment

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time; Hours Mon-Thurs: 6A-4P Fri: 6A-12P
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
