Position Summary

The Stitcher / Production Assistant is an entry-level production role responsible for operating industrial
sewing equipment to assemble Cole-TAC products to spec. This is a hands-on, hourly position with
structured on-the-job training — no prior sewing experience is required. Stitchers work as part of a small
production team, with clear performance milestones and opportunities to advance into more specialized or
lead roles as skills develop.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a sewing station
-Repetitive use of hands and fingers for machine operation
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
-Adequate vision (with or without correction) for close, detailed work

-Prior sewing, manufacturing, or assembly-line experience is a plus, but not required
